A Community Homecoming Since 1966
Hosted annually on the Friday night of the Darlington Canoe Festival at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Pecatonica River Trails Park & Campground
(one block west of Main Street next to the Depot Museum)
Course: Cheese Country Recreation Trail
(flat, scenic abandoned railroad corridor along the Pecatonica River)
All pre-registered will receive a t-shirt. Refreshments are provided at the finish!
Entry Fee: $12.00 per person (before June 3rd), $15.00 per person therafter, and there is also a family entrance fee of $35.00 (up to two adults and their unmarried children).
Age Divisions for 5 mile Run:
Male: 18 and Under; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50+
Female: 18 and Under; 19-29; 30-39; 40+
Age Divisions for 2 Mile Run:
Male & Female: 13 and Under; 14-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50+
Age Divisions for 2 Mile Walk:
No Age Divisions
Age Divisions for 1 Mile Run/Walk:
Boys and Girls: 10 and under
(everyone receives a ribbon for participating)
Prizes:
1st - Plaques in each 2 mile and 5 mile division
2nd and 3rd - Medals in each division
1 Mile Run: Plaques to the top boy and girl. Medals to 2nd and 3rd. Ribbons to all runners.
