31^ST ANNUAL CANOE FEST ROAD RUN & WALK

5 MILE RUN, 2 MILE RUN, 2 MILE WALK

1 MILE RUN FOR AGES 10 AND UNDER

 

 

TIME:  7:00 p.m. – 5 Mile Run       7:15 p.m. – 2 Mile Run & Walk          7:45 p.m. – Mile Run

 

LOCATION:   One block west of Darlington Main Street at Riverside Park

 

REGISTRATION:   Begins at 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot.

 

ENTRY FEE:   $10.00 per entrant before June 5, 2010 $12.00 thereafter).

                                   $30.00 per family (up to two adults and their unmarried children).

 

 

All preregistered entrants will receive a t-shirt, t-shirts for late entrants may be available the day of the race.    REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE FINISH.  Shower facilities available.

 

AGE DIVISIONS:      5 Mile Run –  Male:   18 & under, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50 and over.

                                                                        Female:   18 & under, 19–29, 30–39, 40 and over.

                                                    2 Mile Run –  Male:   13 & under, 14–18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60 and over.

                                                                        Female:   13 & under, 14 – 18, 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 and over.

                                                    2 Mile Run –  Male:   13 & under, 14–18, 19–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60 and over.

                                                                        Female:   13 & under, 14 – 18, 19 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 and over.

    2 Mile Walk –           No age divisions.  Awards will be presented to those who

                                        come closest to their predicted finish time.

     1 Mile Run –            One division for boys and one for girls, 10 and under.

 

awards:       1^st Place:            Plaques for each 2 mile and 5 mile division.

                                    2^nd & 3^rd Place:    Medals for each division.

                                    1 Mile Run:          Plaque to the top boy and girl.  Medals to 2^nd & 3^rd, Ribbons to all runners.
